 Did you know that 5 times more people read your job advertisement title than read the actual advertisement?

 You have 1 second to capture your reader's attention, so consider the following:

     
  •   Make the title of the advertisement stand out from the crowd. Use words that will capture attention. 'Paraplanner Required' won't attract the same interest as 'Exciting Opportunity for Top Paraplanner!'
    •  
  •   What is the tone of your advertisement conveying about your company e.g. fun, exciting, serious, dull. Make sure it captures the culture and history and ethos.
    •  
  •   Ensure the job description is informative and appealing.  Candidates want to know about job requirements, working environment, training and development, qualifications, salaries and benefits.
    •  
  •   Include your logo in the advertisement.  This is your brand and makes you stand out from the crowd.  There is only one of you!

 Following these simple guidelines will make a huge difference to the amount of interest your advertisement generates, so give it a go!
